Notice Pursuant to Section 115 of the Land Transfer Act 2017
Notice is given under section 115(5)(a) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of an application to record an easement as extinguished.
A person who claims to have an interest under the easement may object to the application by giving notice to the Registrar-General of Land on or before the 15 June 2026. If no objections are received by that date the affected records of title will be updated to record the easement as extinguished.

Grounds: The application is made on the grounds that the easement is redundant because all or part of the benefited land no longer adjoins the burdened land because of subdivision on DP 392464, and as a result the easement has no practical effect.
