Notice is given under section 161(1)(a) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of an application under section 155 for record of title based on adverse possession on the grounds set out below.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 162 of the Act to prevent the application from being granted on or before 28 July 2026. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued and existing estates and interests extinguished.

Application: Application 13451229.1 by Robin Shirley Britton for land adjoining 65 Te Aroha Street, Claudelands, Hamilton, being 222 square metres more or less and being Lot 1 DP 623334 in Record of Title SA17/265 in the South Auckland Land District owned by Francis Richard Claude.

Grounds: The applicant claims to have been in continuous adverse possession of the land for at least 40 years.
