Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand,

1. Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for public access way (walking and biking) purposes and shall vest in Marlborough District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette,
2. Pursuant to section 116 and 117 declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice, to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with Record of Title MB5A/1393, subject to Encumbrance 164786.9.
