Pursuant to Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

1. pursuant to section 116, the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice is stopped; and
2. pursuant to sections 20 and 50, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for railway purposes and shall vest in His Majesty The King

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
