Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a resolution of the Tasman District Council dated 23 March 2023, the Tasman District Council hereby gives notice that the reserve described in the Schedule is classified as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
