Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Land Regulatory Delivery Manager, Department of Conservation hereby declares that the Casnell Island and Te Haupa (Saddle) Island Scenic Reserve (New Zealand Gazette, 15 January 1981, No. 1, page 23) is divided into two separate reserves to be known respectively as Casnell Island Scenic Reserve and Te Haupa (Saddle) Island Scenic Reserve as per the below Schedule.
