Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Western Bay of Plenty District Council, by resolution (Resolution CO25-2 10.9 dated 25 November 2025), declares the lands described in the Schedule, to be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve, deemed to be classified under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977.
