Under section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the undersigned, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation as a government purpose (hospital) reserve over the land described in the Schedule, with the effect that the land remains vested in Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora, pursuant to the provisions of section 11E(6) of the Health Sectors (Transfers) Act 1993.
