Pursuant to section 8(1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the undersigned declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is reserved under the Reserves Act 1977 and classified a local purpose (flood protection) reserve. Further, pursuant to section 26(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the undersigned vests the land in the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council.
