Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand:

1. pursuant to section 20, and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown;
2. pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and shall remain vested in the Crown;
3. pursuant to section 116, the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in the Crown; and
4. pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken for severance and vested in the Crown;

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
