Pursuant to sections 16(1) and 29 Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the undersigned classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve and appoints the Mātai Moana Charitable Trust to control and manage the reserve for that purpose.
