Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for a recreation reserve and shall remain vested in the Crown, subject to existing rights to drain sewage and convey water created by Transfer B526254.2, existing rights of way, rights to convey telecommunications and a right to drain sewage created by Transfer 5269266.3, a right to a telecommunications corridor created by Transfer 5269266.4 and to rights (in gross) to convey water and drain water created by Easement Instrument 8591064.1, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
