Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand:

1. pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 1218954;
2. pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 1218955; and
3. pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 1218956.
