Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 (“Act”), and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Kāpiti Coast District Council, by a resolution dated 12 March 2026, hereby gives notice that:

1. pursuant to section 14(1) of the Act the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is declared to be reserve, and pursuant to section 16(1) of the Act the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is classified as recreation reserve;
2. pursuant to section 16(1) of the Act the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is classified as local purpose reserve (stormwater);
3. pursuant to section 16(1) of the Act the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is classified as local purpose reserve (ecological corridor); and
4. pursuant to section 24(1) of the Act the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is reclassified from recreation reserve to local purpose reserve (ecological site and walkway);

subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
