Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road subject to section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950 (affects part formerly in Allotments 322 and 328 Parish of Te Puna), Gazette Notice S477228 together with Right of Way in Easement Certificate 7319595.3 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
