Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

1. pursuant to section 114 the land in the First Schedule is declared road, which shall vest in the Gisborne District Council; and
2. pursuant to section 119 the land in the Second Schedule is taken as severance and vested in Gisborne District Council subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and Section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and subject to Notice 13351529.1,

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
