Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation and a resolution made at its meeting held on 18 March 2026, Upper Hutt City Council hereby reclassifies the land described in the Schedule from recreation reserve to local purpose reserve (community), subject to the provisions in the Act.
