Pursuant to section 197(1) of the Ngāti Hāua Claims Settlement Act 2026, the Minister of Conservation hereby gives notice that Nohoanga entitlements have been created and granted to the trustees of Te Whiringa Kākaho o Ngāti Hāua on 10 February 2026 for a period of 10 years over the land described in the First Schedule and Second Schedule hereto.
