Pursuant to section 8(1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the lands described in the Schedules to this notice to be reserves under the Reserves Act 1977 and classifies the lands in:

  • The First Schedule as a recreation reserve under section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.
  • The Second Schedule as a scenic reserve under section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977.
  • The Third Schedule as a scenic reserve under section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977.
  • The Fourth Schedule as a local purpose (road) reserve under section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.
  • The Fifth Schedule as a scenic reserve under section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977.
  • The Sixth Schedule as a local purpose (water supply) reserve under section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.
