Pursuant to section 561 of the Education and Training Act 2020, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Sandra Orr, General Manager – School Property Services, Ministry of Education, Christchurch, hereby give the following notice:

  1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer needed for education purposes.
  2. This notice shall come into force on 12 May 2026.
