Under the Reserves Act 1977 and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the undersigned hereby revokes the appointment of the Tiriraukawa Public Hall Board to control and manage the Local Purpose (“Hall”) reserve described in the Schedule hereto and further appoints the Tiriraukawa Hall Committee to control and manage the reserve.
