Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand, declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road subject to section 241(2) of the Resource Management Act 1991 (affects DP 447692 and DP 544537), Gazette Notice 808271.1 and Open Space Covenant D074658.1, a right of way created by Easement Instrument 9029517.4 and rights to convey electricity, telecommunications and computer media in gross created by Easement Instrument 9029517.5, rights to convey electricity, telecommunications and computer media in gross created by Easement Instrument 9029517.6 and a right of way and rights to convey electricity, telecommunications and computer media created by Easement Instrument 11671420.3, together with a right of way created by Easement Instrument 9029517.4 and rights to convey electricity, telecommunications and computer media created by Easement Instrument 11671420.3, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
