Corrigendum—Declaration that Land is Reserve, Classification of Land as Reserve, Reclassification of Reserves, and Declaration of Renaming of Reserve—Coastal and Outer Green Belt Reserves, Wellington City
On 8 July 2013, the Minister of Conservation delegated the power in section 6(3) of the Reserves Act, to correct errors in notices, to territorial authorities.
Pursuant to 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, under delegated authority, Wellington City Council hereby corrects the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 December 2025, Notice No. 2025-In7025 by changing the reclassified reserve purpose for Rangitatau Historic Reserve in the Fourth Schedule from:
“Recreation reserve section 17(1)”
to
“Historic reserve section 18(1)”.
