Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 (“Act”), and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

1. pursuant to section 20 of the Act and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road;
2. pursuant to section 114 of the Act, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road, which pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, shall become road, limited access road and state highway and shall vest in the Crown; and
3. pursuant to section 116 of the Act, the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3)(a) and 120(3) of the Act, vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 674819, subject to Mortgage 11713725.3, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
