Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for wastewater purposes, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, subject to the drainage easement in Easement Instrument 13519041.1 and together with the right of way easement created by Easement Instrument 9665784.1; and shall vest in Porirua City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
