Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Martin Carter, Land Information New Zealand, declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in Auckland Council on the 14th day after the day on which this declaration is published in the New Zealand Gazette.
