Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road subject to a right (in gross) to supply Gas created by Transfer B352645.1 and Consent Notice 10856360.3 and together with the water supply right created by Transfer 959687.4 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
