Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waitaki District Council, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, pursuant to a resolution dated 9 December 2025, hereby reclassifies the parts of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule to historic reserve.
