Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated 18 March 2026, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 March 2026, Notice No. 2026-ln1519, by:

a. Correcting the Third Schedule to show that the easement acquired is:

“A right of way easement in gross over the area marked A on SO 504661 (“Easement”).”

b. Correcting the Fourth Schedule by deleting clause 6(a) from the Grantee’s Rights and Obligations and replacing it with:

“6(a) repair, inspect, maintain, replace, alter, upgrade, and operate the easement facility and any associated equipment, structures, and fixtures reasonably necessary to facilitate safe access on the Right of Way Easement Area; and”

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
