Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand, declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road subject to a pipeline right created by Transfer B341255.1, a pipeline right in gross created by Transfer B341255.1 and together with rights of way, rights to convey electricity, telecommunications and computer media created by Easement Instruments 7507692.10 and 7507692.11 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
