Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation and a resolution made at its meeting held on 1 April 2026, the Far North District Council hereby:

• Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, declares the change of classification of the reserves described in the First Schedule to be held as Recreation Reserves.
• Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, declares the classification of the reserve described in the Second Schedule as a Recreation Reserve.
