Pursuant to section 8(1A) of the Conservation Act, the undersigned declares the land in Schedule 1 to be a reserve under the Reserves Act 1977 and classifies it a recreation reserve. Further, pursuant to section 26 of the Reserves Act, the undersigned vests the land in the First Schedule, and the land in the Second Schedule, being the Mt Iron Scenic Reserve in the Queenstown Lakes District Council.
