Pursuant to section 7(1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the undersigned declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is held for conservation purposes. Pursuant to section 8(1A) of the Conservation Act, the undersigned further declares the land be reserved under the Reserves Act 1977 and classifies it a scenic reserve, to be added to the Mt Iron Scenic Reserve (vested in the Queenstown Lakes District Council).
