Pursuant to section 116(1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
