Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Martin Carter, Land Information New Zealand, declares that paragraph (c) in the recital of the notice shown below, relating to the Second Schedule, along with the Second Schedule to the notice, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 April 2026, Notice No. 2026-ln1934 is hereby corrected by deleting reference to:

c. pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3) declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice be amalgamated with the land held in Record of Title 1116930

and deleting:

“Second Schedule

Stopped Road to be Amalgamated with Record of Title 1116930
