Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Porirua City Council, pursuant to resolutions dated 28 August 2025 and 19 March 2026 gives notice that:

1. under section 16(2A), the reserve described in the First Schedule is classified as local purpose (drainage) reserve;
2. under section 16(2A), the reserves described in the Second Schedule are classified as local purpose (amenity) reserve;
3. under section 16(2A), the reserve described in the Third Schedule is classified as local purpose (segregation strip) reserve;
4. under section 16(2A), the reserve described in the Fourth Schedule is classified as local purpose (stormwater utilities) reserve;
5. under section 16(2A), the reserve described in the Fifth Schedule is classified as local purpose (segregation) reserve;
6. under section 16(2A), the reserve described in the Sixth Schedule is classified as local purpose (access) reserve;
7. under section 16(2A), the reserve described in the Seventh Schedule is classified as local purpose (stormwater management and mitigation system) reserve;
8. under section 16(1), the reserve listed in the Eighth Schedule is classified as local purpose (road and access) reserve; and
9. under section 24A, that part of the drainage reserve described the Ninth Schedule hereby changes to local purpose (road and access) reserve.
