Under section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977 and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Horowhenua District Council hereby changes the classification of the local purpose (esplanade) reserve described in the Schedule to this notice to recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
