Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand declares that

1. pursuant to sections 52 and 50 and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is set apart and transferred to the Crown for defence purposes; and
2. pursuant to section 116, the road in the Second Schedule to this notice is stopped and, pursuant to section 117(7), added to the land in the First Schedule to this notice,

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
