Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Madison Ingram, Land Information New Zealand, hereby corrects the notice with the above heading dated 21 January 2026, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 February 2026, Notice No. 2026-ln521, by deleting the area

“9.3220 ha”

from the Schedule of the notice, and replacing it with

“3.2470 ha”,

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
