Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, hereby corrects the notice with the above heading dated 9 March 2026, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 March 2026, Notice No. 2026-ln1386, by deleting the title reference

“(part Record of Title NA77D/852)”

from the second parcel of land described in the First Schedule to the notice and replacing it with

“(part Record of Title NA77D/872)”.
