Declaration of Land to be Reserve and Classification of Reserve—Tom Grant Drive Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, and a resolution made at its ordinary meeting on 25 September 2024, Matamata-Piako District Council, hereby:

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, declares the land described in First Schedule to be reserves within the meaning of the Act and classified for recreation purposes.
Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, classifies the reserves described in Second Schedule for recreation purposes within the meaning of the Act.
