Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, hereby corrects the notice with the above heading dated 5 March 2026, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 March 2026, Notice No. 2026-ln1257, by deleting the plan number:

“SO 491449”

from the underlying description of the ninthly described land in the Schedule of the notice and replacing it with:

“SO 493189”

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
