Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

1. the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice is stopped, shall remain vested in South Taranaki District Council and, pursuant to section 118, shall become Esplanade Reserve; and
2. the portion road in the Second Schedule to this notice is stopped and, pursuant to section 117(7), added to the land in Record of Title 800933.

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
