Pursuant to section 24A(3)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council hereby changes the classification of that part of the local purpose reserve (sewage) described in the Schedule to this notice, to local purpose reserve (stormwater management), subject to the provisions of the said Act.
