Corrigendum—Notice of New and Altered Official Geographic Names and Discontinued Crown Protected Area Names for Maniapoto Claims Settlement Act 2022
In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 November 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln5121, in the preamble, replace
“Pursuant to sections 61, 62, 70, 75, 77, 82, 87, 89, 91, 98 and 109”
with
“Pursuant to sections 61, 62, 70, 75, 77, 82, 87, 89, 91 and 109”
and replace
“eight discontinued Crown protected area (“CPA”) names”
with
“seven discontinued Crown protected area (“CPA”) names”
and in Schedule 2, delete the whole row for Hikurangi Scenic Reserve.
