Pursuant to sections 20 and 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand declares that the land in the Schedule is acquired for and declared road and shall vest in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
