Pursuant to section 237D(1)(a) and (b) of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council, with the prior written agreement of the Hastings District Council, declares that the esplanade reserve described in the Schedule to this notice is to be vested in the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council as local purpose (stopbank) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
