Pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Sophia Siers, hereby terminate the state of local civil defence emergency declared in respect of the following wards:

  • Heretaunga
  • Kahuranaki
  • Aromoana/Ruahine
  • Ahuriri

The termination of the state of local civil defence emergency shall take effect from the time and date of the making of this declaration.
