Pursuant to section 431 of the Education and Training Act 2020 and sections 28 and 36 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have made the following appointment to the Board of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority:

Ravi Nyayapati

as a member for a three-year term commencing on 7 July 2026.

Ravi Nyayapati will replace Siosaia (Saia) Mataele as a member of the Board of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority effective from 8 July 2026.
