Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Waihao Downs School (3567) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 June 2025, Notice No. 2025-go3021).

This notice takes effect on 6 July 2026.
